BIRTHDAY PARTY

COST: $350+HST 

AVAILABILITY: 

  • SATURDAYS – September 2025 – June 2026 – 1:30-3:30 pm & 2:45-4:45 pm
  • SUNDAYS – September 2025 – June 2026 – 10:30 am -12:30 pm, 11:45 am – 1:45 pm & 1:00-3:00 pm

Our trampoline coaches will entertain your bundles of energy with warm-up activities, awesome trampoline skills and games in the gym to round out your first hour of fun. For your second hour, you have access to a party room for BYO food, drinks and presents, with none of the clean up!

If a party guest parent wishes to stay nearby, they are more than welcome and will not be charged extra for staying. However, we may need to limit the number of parents in the gym if it poses a safety risk. In that case, parents would be asked to remain in the designated party rooms. Additional Assumption of Risk forms are required to be signed by the parents/guardians who enter the gym.

Cost includes up to 10 participants, 1 hour access to 5 trampolines and the airbag and 1 hour access to a party room for BYO food, drinks and presents. There will be a charge of $20(+HST) per up to 2 additional guests.

When you book a party, the guest of honour gets a credit on your account for a 1 hour Pay-As-You-Go lesson ($24+HST value). A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and the remaining payment is due on the day of the party. If cancellation is required due to illness or injury of the guest of honour, a credit will be applied to the account.

NOTE: 1/2 gym parties must remain on the side they have booked, as there may be another Birthday Party or PAYG participants using the other side of the gym.

Our Whole Gym party starts out with our amazing coaches running an organized warm up game, rules and quick stretch. Participants will then have the opportunity to explore the gym and have fun using all of our equipment while staff engage, teach and supervise the party guests. Once participants are active and having loads of fun, staff will set up some ninja obstacles or circuits to up the excitement to round out your first hour. For your second hour, you have access to either the upstairs Parent’s Lounge or to our downstairs party area for BYO food, drinks and presents, with none of the clean up!
Please note that Saturday 2:45 parties and Sunday 11:45 and 1:00 are not guaranteed the upstairs party room for your full 2 hours if another Whole Gym party is booked before yours.

Our trampoline coaches will entertain your bundles of energy in the gym with warm-up activities, awesome trampoline skills and games. You can set up grab-and-go food in party rooms, sing happy birthday upstairs in the parent lounge and open presents, on a time line that works for you. Your guests can move in and out of the gym over the 2 hours, stopping for snacks and drinks as needed. You provide the food and drinks; we provide the fun and take care of the clean up!
The number of adults allowed in the gym may be limited if it becomes a safety risk to the participants. Adult guests are welcome in the upstairs party room/ lounge.
Additional waivers are required to be signed by the parents/guardians of all party guests should they be in the gym.

Cost includes 20 participants and 2 hour access to our entire facility: 8 trampolines, the airbag, foam pit, swing rope, cargo net and play house (“the wall”), and the upstairs parent lounge. There will be an additional charge of $20(+HST) per up to 4 additional jumpers.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and the remaining payment is due on the day of the party. RENTAL

VZ PARTY DETAILS

  1. Please email the first and last names of all attendees to [email protected], at least 48 hours in advance of the party, so that staff can confirm waiver completion. This will make for a quick start to the party.
  2. WHAT TO WEAR: All participants who jump at Vertical Zone must wear suitable gym attire which includes… 
    1. 1 piece gymnastics leotards and/or lycra or cotton shorts/tights/jogging pants and a properly sized T-shirt.  
    2. No zippers, ballet skirts or loose-fitting clothing are permitted.  
    3. Long hair must be tied back.
    4. Dangling earrings, bracelets, watches, anklets, rings, or necklaces should be left at home.  
    5. Athletes are barefoot or wear socks in the gym. Open wounds or warts must be bandaged with athletic tape and socks must be worn.  
    6. We encourage you to provide bottled water or ask each guest to bring sealed water bottles with water only.
  3. UPON ARRIVAL: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your party start time in order to settle up the remaining balance and take care of any last minute waivers.
  4. PARTY ROOM SET UP: There are tables and benches, and we put table clothes and napkins on each table for your use. You will need to provide plates, cups, utensils, candles and a lighter! 
  5. FOOD OPTIONS: Please note that you are responsible for organizing food and drink for your party. If you are relying on food being delivered, please be sure to order well in advance, as we are unable to extend our bookings to accommodate delayed deliveries. Pizza deliveries are a common choice, and we have had very few issues.  

NOTE: If the deposit is not received within 72 hours of staff confirming your booking, the time will not be held. Payment options include debit, credit card, cash, or e-transfer. Remainder of payment is required on day of party, so please arrive 10 minutes prior to booking in order to settle payment and confirm signed waivers for all participants. 

SAFETY FIRST!

There will be a NCCP certified coach in the trampoline area at all times. They will ensure that the participants are safe and will help them learn new trampoline skills, as long as spotting is not required. Should an emergency arise and the coach must leave the trampoline area, all participants must stop jumping until the coach returns.

Every effort will be made to have the highest level of coach available. Participants will not be allowed to attempt any skills that are beyond the coach’s certification level or that the coach feels is unsafe.

All jumping requires having fun!
