Birthday Parties - Vertical Zone Trampoline Club

1/2 GYM AIR BAG SIDE
BIRTHDAY PARTY

COST: $250.00+HST (until July 2022; prices are subject to change as of September 2022)

AVAILABILITY: Saturdays 1:30-3:30 and 2:45-4:45

Our trampoline coaches will entertain your bundles of energy with warm-up activities, awesome trampoline skills and games in the gym to round out your first hour of fun. For your second hour, you have access to a party room for BYO food, drinks and presents, with none of the clean up!

There is a maximum of 2 parents/caregivers permitted to stay in the gym during the party. Additional waivers are required to be signed by the parents/guardians of all party guests.

Cost includes up to 10 participants, 1 hour access to 5 trampolines and the airbag and 1 hour access to a party room for BYO food, drinks and presents. There will be a charge of $22(+HST) per up to 2 additional guests.

When you book a party, the guest of honour gets a credit on your account for a 1 hour Pay-As-You-Go lesson ($22 value). A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and the remaining payment is due on the day of the party. If cancellation is required due to illness or injury of the guest of honour, a credit will be applied to the account with proof of medical intervention (e.g. COVID test).

NOTE: 1/2 gym parties must remain on the side they have booked, as there may be PAYG participants using the other side of the gym.

WHOLE GYM

For your second hour, you have access to the Parent’s Lounge as a party room for BYO food, drinks and presents, with none of the clean up!

There is a maximum of 4 parents/caregivers permitted to be on the gym floor during the party. Additional waivers are required to be signed by the parents/guardians of all party guests.

Cost includes 20 participants and 1 hour access to all 8 trampolines, the airbag, foam pit, swing rope, cargo net and play house (“the wall”) and 1 hour, private access to the Parents’ Lounge for BYO food, drinks and presents. There will be an additional charge of $22(+HST) per up to 4 additional jumpers.

1 HOUR WHOLE GYM

1 HR WHOLE GYM COST: $350.00 (+HST) max 20 ppl ($22+HST per up to 4 additional jumpers – parents are not included as jumpers)

PRIVATE 2HR FACILITY RENTAL

COST: $619.47 (+HST) max 20 ppl

AVAILABILITY: Saturdays @ 1:30-3:30

Our trampoline coaches will entertain your bundles of energy in the gym with warm-up activities, awesome trampoline skills and games. You can set up grab-and-go food in party rooms, sing happy birthday upstairs in the parent lounge and open presents, on a time line that works for you. Your guests can move in and out of the gym over the 2 hours, stopping for snacks and drinks as needed. You provide the food, drinks and decor; we provide the fun and take care of the clean up!

There is a maximum of 4 parents/caregivers permitted to stay in the gym during the party. Additional waivers are required to be signed by the parents/guardians of all party guests.

Cost includes 20 participants and 2 hour access to our entire facility: 8 trampolines, the airbag, foam pit, swing rope, cargo net and play house (“the wall”), 2 downstairs party rooms and the upstairs parent lounge. There will be an additional charge of $22(+HST) per up to 4 additional jumpers.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and the remaining payment is due on the day of the party. If cancellation is required due to illness or injury of the guest of honour, a credit will be applied to the account with proof of medical intervention (e.g. COVID test).

VZ PARTY DETAILS

  1. All attendees (including the adult hosts) must complete the following online waiver before entering the gym: COVID 19 ASSUMPTION OF RISK/ DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE (Complete online if you haven’t done so since July 2021)
  2. Please email the first and last names of all attendees to contact@verticalzone.ca, at least 48 hours in advance of the party, so that staff can confirm waiver completion. This will make for a quick start to the party.
  3. Please ask all attendees to use the COVID-19 SELF SCREENING tool prior to leaving for Vertical Zone and attend the party only if screening result advises to proceed.
  4. WHAT TO WEAR: All participants who jump at Vertical Zone must wear suitable gym attire which includes… 
    1. 1 piece gymnastics leotards and/or lycra or cotton shorts/tights/jogging pants and a properly sized T-shirt.  
    2. No zippers, ballet skirts or loose-fitting clothing are permitted.  
    3. Long hair must be tied back.
    4. Dangling earrings, bracelets, watches, anklets, rings, or necklaces should be left at home.  
    5. Athletes are barefoot or wear socks in the gym. Open wounds or warts must be bandaged with athletic tape and socks must be worn.  
    6. We encourage you to provide bottled water or ask each guest to bring sealed water bottles with water only.
  5. UPON ARRIVAL: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your party start time in order to settle up the remaining balance and take care of any last minute waivers.
  6. PARTY ROOM SET UP: There are tables and benches, and we put table clothes and napkins on each table for your use. You will need to provide plates, cups, utensils, candles and a lighter!
  7. FOOD OPTIONS: Please note that you are responsible for organizing food and drink for your party. If you are relying on food being delivered, please be sure to order well in advance, as we are unable to extend our bookings to accommodate delayed deliveries. Pizza deliveries are a common choice, and we have had very few issues.  

NOTE: If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of staff confirming your booking, the time will not be held. Payment options include debit, credit card, cash, or e-transfer. Remainder of payment is required on day of party, so please arrive 10 minutes prior to booking in order to settle payment and confirm signed waivers for all participants. 

SAFETY FIRST!

There will be a NCCP certified coach in the trampoline area at all times. They will ensure that the participants are safe and will help them learn new trampoline skills, as long as spotting is not required. Should an emergency arise and the coach must leave the trampoline area, all participants must stop jumping until the coach returns.

Every effort will be made to have the highest level of coach available. Participants will not be allowed to attempt any skills that are beyond the coach’s certification level or that the coach feels is unsafe.
