After a successful try-out, most athletes join the team at the interclub level. These athletes train 2.5 to 5 hours per week and focus on mastering various non-inversion skills between different landing positions (feet, seat, front, and back) as well as basic inversions. Athletes will learn skills and routines and have the opportunity to attend 3-4 invitational Interclub competitions throughout the competitive season. Interclub athletes can move towards the provincial stream or continue challenging the higher Interclub levels.
