FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why do you book 2 per trampoline?

Our trampolines are much bouncier than the backyard variety or those found at a trampoline park. The extra bounce requires more core strength to maintain the body position as the jumper comes out of the trampoline. More effort is required and results in the jumper getting more tired more quickly. Most people will jump for a few minutes then take a break. During this break time the 2nd person will jump. These breaks are also needed because the muscles get more fatigued than most children are aware and the rest periods help avoid injury.

If you feel that you want your own trampoline one can be booked for an additional fee.

Do I have to wear socks?

No. Most people like to wear socks because the trampoline beds are a bit rough on the feet.

White cotton socks or socks with rubber on the bottom are best.

Can I do flips?

There are always certified coaches on the floor. Ask them and they will see if you have enough control to safely do a flip. If they say it’s OK, then flip away.

Many people come in and say they can do flips but can’t land them. If you can’t land them then you don’t have enough control and on our bouncier trampolines you’re pretty much guaranteed to do a face plant.

The coaches will help you learn how to control the flips so they can be executed safely and consistently.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, debit, & e-transfer.

We do not accept credit cards because the additional fees charged by the banks would force me to raise prices.

Can I just drop in and jump?

We STRONGLY suggest you call ahead to book a time. We simply cannot guarantee that a trampoline will be available if you just walk in. Our busiest times are on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

What’s the difference between the FOAM pit side and the AIRBAG side?

The AIRBAG side is the side we hold our recreational classes on hence the name. This side of the gym has 5 competitive grade trampolines. We have several mats and large foam blocks and an airbag to make things interesting.

The FOAM pit side of the gym has 3 competitive grade trampolines, a cirque style wall, rope swing, and a large pit filled with foam cubes. All of this equipment is available if you book on the foam pit side.

How do I book for public jumping?

The best way to book for a public jump time is to call. You can also send an e-mail to [email protected]

Can I do what I want in the gym?

The short answer is no.

We work very hard to provide a safe environment. Kids can be very inventive in the things they want to do and they don’t always recognize the inherent dangers. The coaches on the floor will determine if what they want to do can be safely attempted.

Because our trampolines are much bouncier we cannot have people running around getting underneath others who are doing flips.

Most accidents on backyard trampolines occur because the jumpers are unsupervised and left to their own devices.

The coaches have been informed that if a jumper wants to do something that the coach is uncomfortable with, they can either find another coach who is comfortable with what the jumper wants to do or the jumper will be forbidden to do it.

Any decision a coach makes in the interest of safety will be fully supported by management.

Do you support special needs groups?

We do our best to provide an environment that is conducive to the special requirements of these groups or individuals. We have a discounted price for people with special needs as well.

What types of groups can come in?
